1. Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account yourself, in the Android app or on the web.

1. Sign in to the Android app, or to the web app.
2. Open the Account menu at the top right and select Account settings.
3. In the Delete account section, select Delete account.
4. Type DELETE and select Delete account.

The account is deleted at once, and you are signed out.

2. Ask us by email

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected]from the email address of your account. Write "Delete my account" in the subject. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

3. What happens when you delete your account

• Sign-in stops at once. This applies to your password, emailed links and codes, and Google sign-in.
• Every session ends, on every device.
• Your designs and photos are no longer available to you.
• Unused credits can no longer be used. If you bought a pack in the last 7 days and used none of it, ask for a refund before you delete your account. See our refund policy.
• We send you no more emails.
• You cannot make a new account with the same email address.

4. What we keep, and why

We disable your account. We do not erase it. We keep:

• Your account record: your name, email address and sign-up details. We keep it to stop the reuse of a deleted account, and to find fraud and abuse.
• Payment records: the credit packs you bought, the amounts, and the IDs from our payment provider, Stripe. Tax and accounting laws tell us to keep these records.
• Your photos, designs and generation history: kept in a disabled state. Only our team can see them. We keep them to prevent fraud and abuse, and to answer legal claims.

We keep payment records for as long as tax law requires. We keep the other data for as long as we need it for these reasons. We do not use it to contact you, and we do not sell it.
