- First-time subscribers within 7 days of initial purchase
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the Service
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service significantly not as described
Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
- Accounts that have extensively used the Service (more than 20 designs generated)
- Previous refund recipients requesting another refund
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Change of mind after significant usage
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period

- Your saved designs and history will be preserved for 30 days after expiration
